In addition, although condo apartments and condo townhouses are showing to be slightly higher in Oakville, there are significantly less sales in these categories due to the smaller inventory of homes in Oakville, so these price differences are within a reasonable margin to suggest that affordability is somewhat similar to Toronto.

Commuting from Oakville to Toronto is about as convenient as it gets. If you’re taking the GO Train in the morning from Oakville GO down to Union Station, the trip takes on average between 33-43 minutes.
