TYPES OF CONDOS AVAILABLE IN MISSISSAUGA

High-Rise Condos

These are the classic apartment-style units in tall towers, and you’ll find them in areas like Square One, Erin Mills, and along the Hurontario corridor. WHERE TO FIND CONDOS IN MISSISSAUGA

Mississauga is a big city, and condos can be found everywhere in the city. Some neighbourhoods are known for their towers, while others have more boutique buildings.

Square One / City Centre

This is the most well-known area for condo living. You’ll find dozens of towers, both older and newer, and almost everything you need within walking distance, such as shopping, food, transit, Sheridan College, and Celebration Square. Hurontario Corridor

BUYING NEW VS RESALE CONDOS

Just like with houses, you’ll need to decide whether to buy a brand-new condo or go for a resale unit. Each has pros and cons.

New Construction Condos

Buying a pre-construction condo means you’re purchasing before the unit is built. You’ll often get to choose your floor plan, finishes, and layout, but you’ll have to wait (sometimes years) before you can move in.

  • Builder incentives may include deposit plans or upgrades

Resale Condos
