Close to Credit Valley Hospital and some of Mississauga’s best schools. Great for families. Many townhomes here are a little older but well-kept.

More affordable than some of the newer areas. Bigger layouts, mature trees, and solid construction. A good option if you’re looking for space on a budget.

If you want to be close to transit and city life, these neighbourhoods have lots of stacked and back-to-back townhomes, especially near the new LRT line.

Further north and west, but more bang for your buck. Quiet streets, access to nature, and townhomes that are often a bit larger for the price.
